When a pool needs renovation
Pools usually tell you when they need work: water levels that drop faster than evaporation explains, cracked or loose tiles, stained or rough surfaces, cloudy water the filter cannot clear, or equipment that is noisy and expensive to run.
A renovation can be as small as a new filter or as complete as relining, retiling and re-plumbing. We start with an inspection so you know exactly what is worth fixing and what is not.
Pool relining with a membrane
Relining fits a new welded CGT ALKOR PVC membrane inside your existing pool. The old surface is cleaned and prepared, then the membrane is welded into one watertight skin. Waterproofing and structural repair
Hairline cracks in concrete pools let water seep into the structure and surrounding ground. We repair cracks with structural injection, restore coping and, where needed, add a membrane so the pool is watertight again.
Leak detection and repair
We find leaks with pressure testing on the pipework and dye testing around fittings, lights and cracks. Once the source is confirmed, we repair it directly or reline the pool if leaks are spread across the surface.
Filtration upgrade
Many older pools still run on sand filters that need backwashing and a pump room. Switching to a pipeless cartridge filter cuts water waste and simplifies upkeep. See the options on our pool filtration page.
Conversion to chlorine-free
We retrofit mineral, ozone and UV sanitisation onto existing pools without breaking the shell. The water becomes gentler on skin and eyes, and you handle far fewer chemicals.
