Custom vinyl liner pools
Vinyl liner pools are our signature build. A strong pool structure is lined with a single, seamless vinyl membrane that holds the water, so there is no tile grout to crack, stain or leak. The finish feels soft underfoot, comes in a range of colours and patterns, and suits any shape — rectangles, free-form garden pools or tight urban plots.
Vinyl liner pools start at about ₹4.5 lakh, typically about ₹1,200–₹2,000 per sq. ft., and pair well with our chlorine-free water treatment. When the liner eventually needs replacing, it can be relined without rebuilding the pool.

Membrane pools use a reinforced waterproof membrane over the pool structure instead of tiles alone. The membrane forms one continuous water barrier, which makes it a strong choice where leaks, hard water or ground movement are a concern.
Readymade and membrane pools can be built in about 15 days, much faster than a conventional concrete pool. Above-ground pools use the same idea: an FRP structure lined with membrane, a good fit where digging is not possible. Our engineer checks the site first and recommends the right system for your soil, space and budget.

Our readymade pools are single-piece fibreglass shells made in our own factory. Each shell is moulded in one piece, transported to site and set into the ground or onto a prepared rooftop, which keeps construction mess and on-site labour to a minimum.
Readymade fibreglass pools start at about ₹3.5 lakh and can be built in about 15 days. They are usually installed in-ground or on rooftops, and the smooth gelcoat surface is easy to clean. It is the quickest route from enquiry to swimming for homes, villas and farmhouses.

Terrace and rooftop pools turn unused roof space into a private swimming area for apartments, penthouses, hotels and city homes. Weight and waterproofing are what matter most, so every rooftop project starts with a load check of the building structure.
We then choose a lighter pool system — often a readymade fibreglass shell or a membrane-lined pool — and build in layers of waterproofing to protect the floors below. Glass railings, decking and lighting complete the space. Our work includes India's First Hanging Pool at Express Avenue, Chennai.

An old pool rarely needs to be demolished. Pool renovation brings a tired or leaking pool back into use at a fraction of the cost of a new build, with projects starting at about ₹1.5 lakh.
Typical work includes tracing and fixing leaks, relining with a new vinyl membrane, replacing cracked tiles and coping, upgrading old pumps and filters, and converting the water to a chlorine-free system. We inspect the pool first, explain what is worth keeping and what should change, and give you a clear quote before any work begins.

Good water starts with filtration. Our pipeless filtration system removes the need for a separate pump room and long pipelines, which saves space and simplifies construction and servicing.
We pair it with Something Special, our own chlorine-free pool liquid, for softer water without red eyes, rashes or a chlorine smell. Filtration can be fitted to new pools or retrofitted to existing ones. Filtration equipment carries a 5-year warranty, and the same team that installs your system supports it afterwards.
